No access to forums

Whenever I try to access the forums from the launcher, I get prompted to login, which I do, then it says I don't have permission.

I'm an alpha backer btw, bought through the frontier store...

You have to request access. It is done manually. Send an email to support with your missive. You should be in by tomorrow I imagine.

Are you participating in Alpha or Premium Beta. Right now if you click "Discussion Forum" in the launcher it opens Alpha Forum which can only be accessed by those who participate in Alpha.
