No access to Private Backer Forum

Hi, if you don't have access to the private backer forum, have you linked your forum name to your backer login? There's an interface on the backer login screen to do this - otherwise the private backer forum won't appear on the list of sub-forums.

and how do you suppose we do that ? as i login i can not see this backer forum part or even something that i can automatically setup my self via account ?.

The email address you have under 'Delivery details' needs to be the same one you signed up to these forums with. There's also a 'Contact' page where you can message the team about the problem.

oops!

It took reading this thread to realize that I also have no access to the private backers section, as It wasn't on screen I had no idea it was missing ,hey ho.
I guess I'll have to wait until the shop is up as their no backers login at the moment

i (after some support from ashley) can get into this: http://forums.frontier.co.uk/forumdisplay.php?f=33 but not in there: https://elite.frontier.co.uk/backers/login/ – is it the same, or am i missing out on something?

also, i guess i can't get a cmdr name if i've only joined in february of this year (it's only for early backers)? so when can i get one, in the beta phase or at least the final game?
