No Accessible Ship Docked

I took a shuttle ship via the Apex shuttle system from Hauser's Reach to Robigo Mines, but when I got to robigo mines, there is no lady to talk to (like in hausers reach) in order to select which ship you have stored at that outpost in order to bring it into the ship bay. So how would one go about accessing their ship? Are players expected to shuttle back to the previous location and then have their ship transported to that location just to have to fly all the way back form where they just came from? I hope i am missing something because thats kind of a flaw in design.

Learned this the hard way the other night.

Even if it's a big station with an Inter Astra office, if the station doesn't have a shipyard you won't be able to access or even move your ship.

Solution is to find a station with a shipyard and transfer it there. If your ship is "located" at a planet that has no shipyard, you can still Apex to a settlement on it, and recall your ship there. That's how I got mine back.
