No agricultural products from surface settlement with strong link to port.

I have a high metal content world with 2 biological features. On that I have built a agricultural settlement, high-tech, extraction and refinery. But the industrial planetary port does not have any agricultural products. Only Food Cartridges and Synthetic meat. The Orbital T3 orbital has only weak links to the surface settlements since I have the T2 planetary port, Alcala depot. So how do I get benefit from the agricultural planetary settlement?

This is in the system Col 359 Sector FN-I b11-7, planet A 4.

Build more agriculture and less other stuff. You have 3 strong links + the native economy that consumes agriculture goods vs 1 agriculture link. It's just being eaten and you need more agriculture links to over power that.

Try space farms. They can be anywhere and give a weak link.

If you're not aware each economy has a list of items they want. When you combine economies those items that would be produced first go to satisfying the local demand. Mixing large numbers of economies doesn't work well and you can work to get some agriculture goods but I wouldn't fill the system with farms trying.
