No Alarms Panel

Well, this is the second time I have accepted a Covert Heist mission that will result in a 100% fail no matter what you do. Dew Snap Synthetics Plant > Campbells Claim > Wolf 359. It has no Alarms Panel to disable. MISSION IMPOSSIBLE. Fix this at some point...soon.

I've encountered a bug that makes the Alarms panel invisible unless you are at just the right angle and distance. I could find it by using a terminal, but it wasn't visible when I got to it. Then I saw it flicker for a sec.

Probably a different bug than yours. There are so many bugs.

I have had panels invisible as well but, this was not listed in the Terminal. The Layout is the exact same as the other base in which there was also not an Alarms Terminal. I am pretty sure they forgot to include it in the base design. I looked through all Terminal listings and checked all the buildings and surrounding areas. Its a pain to be fined, lose rep and what not for something that cannot be helped. Not to mention... a waste of time.

Yeah, it's a specific industrial settlement layout that's lacking an alarms panel. There's an issue up on the tracker for it, lots of people reporting various locations where that settlement type appears.
