General / Off-Topic No Alpha 4.0 for me tonight ...

...Because I am going to a Beer Festival. It was a no brainer really. Having a young family, I don't get out much, so this is one of the few times in the year where I go out and pretend to be a much younger person.

Luckily the Crazee Bus 9.2% Cider is not on this year, so I stand a better chance of remembering how I got home!

Now, I'm not sure why I shared this with all of you, or whether you are actually interested. Guess I am excited I suppose :D

9.2%!!!!! thats crazy cider! bet it tastes great though till you have had the third and dropped! :D reminds me of the Cider bus at Glastonbury Festival, cold ones in the day time then hot spicy cider at night Mmmm

Dont blame you either, beer fest tonight and ED sat/sun perfect!

Never been to Glastonbury, but having gone to University in the West country, I know what you mean!

Actually, since I have lost weight recently (and coincidentally not been drinking that much), I am now a complete and utter lightweight.

Just as well the 9.2% cider isn't on really! :)

Oh yeah, whenever am in the Somerset area i always look out for the varying scrumpy ciders there, spent many a fine summers evening enjoying one or errr two! ;)...........and hey this is related to the game, Beer/cider they complement the game very well in my experience :D

oh nice on the weight loss to.

No 9.2% cider last night, but did try some 7.2% perry, which was the cloudiest drink I have ever seen. It was truly awful too, I had to pour it onto the cricket pitch.

Great night though, but a bit delicate this morning!
