No audio in Rift

Using Oculus Home from the desktop, not inside the headset: Goto Oculus/settings(the little gear in the upper right hand corner)/devices/ Rift/
- set "Audio input in vr" to Rift microphone
- set "Audio output to vr" to Rift headphones ---or to Windows default( if you want to use external speakers instead)
then from the speaker on your Windows taskbar click RMB/properties set your recording devices to "Rift Audio" and your playback devices to "Rift headphones" or "speakers" (if you want to use external speakers instead)

I removed my Rift headphones (there's an included tool) and use my headset with mic. Much more comfortable for me and I've set the Rift to use Windows Default.
