Yeah wanted to say it looks kinda NMSish. No idea what a raxla is though and I don't think I care enough about it.

raxxla is not supposed to be found. The "fun" is trying to find it. What fun do you think there will be in actually finding it? It's not like they hid a bunch of cool gameplay in a thing that might never be found in the game for years.
whatever it is, if it's like many of the other mystery things to find in the game, it's almost certainly a placeholder using a common asset currently ...both because creating custom assets for something you dont know when, if ever, is going to be found is potentially a waste of money and also to avoid being able to data mine it.
