Sorry but yes it has to be SOMETHING about your setup, because many people don't have that problem. I'm not saying your setup is bad, but something about your setup is causing the game to be buggy where it isn't for other people.

right.... best upgrade my 386 and get rid of the dialup then .....
Hahaha ok .... but for your info... I have logged the issue on Issue Tracker and my fibre is mazin! and it only happens in Franchise ....
Have you noticed the filter button doesn't come up sometimes. Try toggling the max value, or between CC and cash again .. or simply click refresh list. I've noticed that the Filter Button doesn't show up unless 1. New animals are added or 2. Animals are bought and you select cash listings again. I have not any problem like this since the first few days when the game went live. So, the question is why some people are having a problem and others don't.
As you can see .. at this precise time this is my animals to buy for cash list on my franchise zoo. And yes, it even comes up when I change max to a higher value.
So .. with the variability of who has this problem and who doesn't .. maybe a list of continent/times that the lists are accessed and having this problem. Maybe those having the problem are in the same area and either there are different servers in different areas or the distance to the central server is causing a delay in the update or receiving the information for some strange reason ..
For example: It is prime time UK for me and the list was fine. Considering Frontier is in the UK it could mean I have almost instant access.
Also, someone on steam who has had the same problem for hours did a ton of toggling back and forth and the list appeared. So it could be a refresh list delay or an intermittent bug with the filter system.
