so I've heard about the report hell status where you see no CMDRS because you're belligerent, but i don't remember being particularly hostile. No CMDRS in the area immediately around sol? I can't remember seeing anyone for quite a while and I'm still in relatively new-spawn space what's going on?

Newcomer / Intro no CMDRS around SOL?

From my one trip to Sol it was clear there was no local economy (I can't recall if there's even a Commodity Market), hence nice for a visit but not to stay/trade/thrive, etc.
This is strange, isn't Sol supposed to be the seat of the Federation? Shouldn't there be tons of ships going through there? Diplomats, ambassadors, tycoons etc.
