Newcomer / Intro No cockpit glass? No problem!

Cockpit blown.jpg

This will teach me NOT to ram a python with my cobra. I was wondering what the point of a life support system was. Yea, I bugged out ASAP from conflict... made it back with ~2 minutes to spare in oxygen. Boy that was edge of seat.

Remember you can also purchase upgraded versions which will allow you a longer time ;)

Yea, I was wondering what the point of improved life support was. Now I know :) Guess what my first purchase was after I docked? (After repairing first of course)

The first time this happened to me back in PB, I genuinely panicked. Tea everywhere. Don't think that's happened in a game for years. Details like this make the game. Kinda miss how easy it used to be to get the iced over cockpit going though.

See I used to ram vipers etc to keep them off balance... but I forgot that ramming a bigger ship is probably a horrible idea.

Well i mostly ram smaller ships just for fun or to death :p
But yeah it is kinda handy to have a life support for more then 10 mins.

When hunting big games you get a lot that your windshield breaks with a head-on pass.
