No connection to mission server?

Since Gamma 2.0 I can't take any missions. "Could not communicate with server". I did clear my save and I noticed that I can not choose which faction I want to start with, only have the option for Fed space. It says random system yet I spawn in the same system (LHS 3440) everytime I clear my save. Is it just me or does this happen to others as well?

On the bright side, I now get to see internal components in the outfitting screen. Before I couldn't even sell what was already on my ship. In fact I couldn't even go to the internals tab in the outfitting screen. Well, now I can. Seems to me everybody else could go there before no problem. So it must be me.

No it is not just you. I have the same problem. Sometimes I can't take missions, sometimes there are no missions in bulletin board, sometimes all active mission disappear. There is something wrong with the mission server as sometimes I have a message that game cannot communicate with it.
