No 'continue' button after 18.05 update

Right after 18.05 update, 'continue' button is replace with 'start' button which takes me to 'tutorial mission' again.

And there's no way to create 'customer ticket' as in-game 'help and info' says so. Currently, support page only provides FAQs.

So, this is my desperate request for help. How can I get my save back?

It can't be a regular wipe if you still have your credit balance displayed there. Some updates ago they made it so that you had to run through the tutorial again, but not losing any progress. Maybe that slipped in again? I think it was when they decoupled legacy from live.

When you are in the tutorial there should be a skip tutorial option in the ESC menu.

Hey CMDR,
This issue can sometimes occur after an update.
Simply select Start and you will initial the in-game tutorial. You'd want to immediate skip the tutorial to return back to the main menu.

You should then be able to continue as normal.
