I'm more wondering if alliance is going to get any progression/advantages...

Edit: that and now empire has 2 exclusive ships? federation still 1? alliance 0?

My guess is, the Corvette will be coming with the Imperial Cutter. Since the cutter isnt even announced yet, i knew it wont be coming in 1.3.
and also we havent even seen anything than the concept art from the Corvette, i dont think it will be finished in near time.

Maybe it just wasn´t ready for the update? Or maybe they weren´t satisfied with it? I can understand why you are frustrated though, as I would also have been sad if the Courier hadn´t made it into the patch

Yeah, we got to join factions and build space stations and own our own galaxy and walk about in cities on the planet surface and interact with each other's avatars but there's no black skin for the Anaconda!!!!! This game SUCKS!

My guess is that Fed Corvette is not released because it's the biggest, meanest combat ship that players can have. That would unbalance the game, making it bias towards Fed factions, especially now, that PowerPlay comes into being.

I would guess that Corvette will become available alongside its Imperial counterpart (Cutter?), thus making the PP fair regardless of what faction you choose.

It would also mean the Feds (scum) get an 'endgame' ship; the Courier is a smaller vessel, I'd imagine something of a multi-purpose exploration ship.

... and FD-- please not another clone Lakon interior for the Diamondback.

The Alliance will not get any exclusive ship in a near future. They don't have any exclusive production contract with a manufacturer like Core Dynamics with the Federation or Gutamaya for the Empire.

Yes I think the same. And I'm perfectly fine with it. Corvettes should be harder to get and more expensive to maintain than an anaconda anyway, so no rush to have them in game

I'm not talking about RPing-- I'm talking about balance. The Empire having access to a smaller vessel is nothing like the Feds getting a very large vessel.

Fed scum wasn't RP ? Where the hell did you see that faction ships should be totally equivalent ? Do you think the Clipper is a Dropship's equivalent ? Why Feds and Imperials don't get the exact same ship with a different color then ?? What's supposed to be the Courier equivalent ?

(Did you see I'm neither a Feds, neither an Imperial ?)
