No Dinosaur injuries

So how does this sandbox option work? Does it work as in even if dinosaurs fight they can't be injured and they won't die or what?

it does what it says.
no injuries from fights, breakouts ect.
they still can die in fight

You can check out in "Settings" what options are available, and what is turned on and off.

you could turn fights off?
or give 2 dinos nearly the same stats then the chance is high, that they fight but lesser chance to die
