Just wondering where this ship dealer is? I just logged in but the place that looks like it should sell ships only gives me the option for simulated training. - EDIT: pretty sure I just gotta do the training ignore this

you got to do the training first, then they will sell you ships.
All you really have to do is launch the training, you can quit and they will still sell you ships.
