I think I just hit gold!
Was enroute to some place, got carried away prospecting a new system and totally missed my fuel stop. Doh!
A couple of jumps later and I realise I'm stuck in the middle of nowhere with no fuel, no scoop and no options - the truest definition of up the creek without a paddle, if the creek is about 15 light years away from the nearest form of civilasation.
Just as that sinking, "I'm totally stuffed," feeling was starting to settle in, I did a quick search and found 'Fuel Rats'.
These rats know the score.
They talk you through everything they need you to do to keep you out of the
and within a few minutes, someone's there and throwing fuel at you - in the middle of nowhere!
If it hadn't happened, I wouldn't believe it.
