No Health Monitors at Irregular Markers T3

Back in the May / June time frame health monitors were dropping at IRT3' all the time. Today I have been at IRT3's over 20 times and have gotten one.

Do health monitors not drop at IRT3's anymore?

All the containers have nothing but prohibited stuff and weapon schematics. The one health monitor I found was sitting on the floor.

I got 1 x Health Monitor from a minor crash site a couple of days ago. I was excited, as it was my first step to a suit upgrade :)

You can get that sort of thing very occasionally at irregular markers, though I never noticed many even back in June, but it's certainly not where I'd go if I was short on Health Monitors.

Pretty much every "generic" goods locker at a base will have one in - they're the one suit upgrade material I've never had problems obtaining more than enough of.
