No Horizons on linked PSN Account

I have 2 linked PSN accounts on my PS4. I bought the deluxe edition on my main account which has horizons access, but the other account does not have horizons access. Anyone else having this issue?

Are the two PSN accounts for the same region? (DLC is region locked)

You could try submitting a bug report via this section of the forum, and get an official response (and hopefully a solution).

Had something similar happen when Horizons came out on Xbox. We purchase everything on one account per console type to make our game library easier to manage. When we purchased Horizons for Xbox, the account that actually plays on the Xbox didn't have access to the expansion for about a week.

Don't know if it's something similar, but FD eventually resolved the issue.

Same.
My lad was looking forward to landing on planets,but now he's stuck with just the main game,only i can play horizon.
