No Interspecies Bonus between Common Warthog and Southern White Rhinoceros

After updating Planet Zoo and buying the Africa Pack, I checked the Zoopedia to see if there were any new interspecies bonuses. I noticed that the Southern White Rhinoceros benefits from sharing space with just about every African hoof stock species except for the Common Warthog. I’m not sure if this was a mistake or if Frontier did this for a reason, but if anyone knows why this is, please let me know.

It really sucks. Frontier strictly followed the EAZA guidelines too much, and if I were working at Frontier, I would have added common warthog to the interspecies enrichment instead of the freaking nyala. What the hell is that nyala? Common warthog is much more reasonable than a nyala. I wonder why they even put interspecies enrichment for southern white rhinoceros if they were going to do like this. I am really disappointed by Frontier. Springboks and Thomson's gazelles even have greater weight differences. And I also hate EAZA for not adding warthog onto the guidelines. EAZA never thinks warthogs are worthy creatures, and they value the worthless nyala too much. I hope nyalas go extinct pretty soon, and common warthogs become more abundant in the future.

Why does it even matter to you that much. You can still house them together, they just wont enrich each other (which is just a bar in the animal menu, nothing else. They do not even interact with each other and the bonus is not that big anyways.)

What ? lol.

And I hope the EAZA is abolished pretty soon.

They can live together in Tulsa Zoo, and it's really nonsense that they do not enrich each other in Planet Zoo.

Wishing for an entire species to go extinct just because of your personal thing about warthogs in a game is kinda scummy not going to lie...
And completely against PZ's conservation thing.

Yeah they can live with each other and most of the time without incident. But it doesn’t mean they necessarily should. There are several documented cases of white rhinos attacking other animals in captivity which goes to show what can happen when things go wrong. They are the second largest land animal behind the two elephant species and much like elephants can and do occasionally bully their captive counterparts. Like one poster mentioned you should never wish extinction all life has a purpose.

If white rhinos attack other animals in captivity, why does the god damn white rhino have interspecies enrichment with other species then? So unfair.

@Waiting for New DLCs you can still put them in together. As for white rhino attacking other species it has happened but most of the time their pretty peaceful. As for warthogs and rhinos this incident occurred in a zoo or reserve.

You can see from the pic the two warthogs are on their knees trying to sneak food and the rhino is locked in on the one on the right. After the warthog gets too close the rhino flings him about ten feet in the air which could have done severe damage to a animal that probably doesn’t even weigh a quarter of the rhinos weight. Reasons like this are why the EAZA don’t allow them to be mixed together or at least recommend it. It’s a very popular gif all you have to do is google it.

Honestly I don't see a problem with this. They will get along perfectly fine still. If you want a bonus, I would recommend throwing a third animal in there that has an interspecific bonus with both the rhino and warthog, like an antelope. That way you'll get a three-way bonus.

I guess the white rhinoceros discriminates the warthog from the other animals, which is so unfair for the warthog~

Well I don’t think it’s that lol. I think the rhino just didn’t like the warthog invading it’s space. A rhino is a huge animal the head alone on a white rhino weighs 800-1000 pounds. Usually their a pretty peaceful animals but a mad or provoked rhino can do a lot of damage. But as seen here they usually tolerate or cope with many different animals.

I really blame Frontier for messing up the interspecies enrichment group. It would have been just as perfect if the southern white rhinoceros had enrichment with the common warthog instead of the god damn nyala. What is up with the nyala? I hate EAZA...
