Ships no Li Yong Rui discount for Chieftain??

I'm saving up for a Chieftain, having reset my save not long ago.

Am I right that there are no shipyards selling the Chieftain, in Li Yong Rui space? ie with the 15% discount?

This seems rather harsh, there is no other ship that is simply unavailable like that surely?

Is there somewhere else I can get at least some discount on a Chieftain?

Other than Founders I don't think so, remember it is an Alliance Chieftain so it's only available in Alliance stations.

TBH the stock ship cost isn't the big issue it's the modules that push up the build cost to over 100 mil A rated.

It's an Alliance ship. There are no Alliance-controlled systems or stations within LYR space. In fact, I don't believe there are even any Alliance factions present in LYR space. Them's the breaks.

(And since there's nowhere CC-profitable that does sell them, we don't want anyone prepping any systems just for the discount, m'kay?)

I know this thread is old so sorry for necro, but for anyone that has googled their way here, Kuhn Station in system Wolf 186 has the Crusader and Chieftain available in Li Yong-Rui space. https://eddb.io/station/31912
