There is no support for anyone who wishes to use a Wheel for surface movement, I searched the subject and found this...

Some of us don't have access to or have the inclination to purchase a stick, I play elite with a Keyboard and mouse and and an 'old' Wheel for planetary work, the New G29 is not supported and can't be set up properly rendering it useless.
Considering a great deal of the game is about PLANETS and everyone hoping to visit the future Earthlikes .. no support for movement outside of a joystick?
