No longer able to load my main franchise zoo :(

Hey folks, not sure where else to put this. Already added to an issue on the tracker ( https://issues.frontierstore.net/issue-detail/9410 ) but I was perhaps hoping someone here would have a solution.

I saved and exited as I always do, but when returning to load my franchise zoo I just have an endless loading screen. There's no way out of it except to end task. I've gone back in and loaded a different franchise zoo and that worked fine. Tried the original again but no success. Tried to load from My Zoos but that also has no success. I've tried "Resume"ing and going in from the Franchise menu. I've even tried older saves (although that seems to take me to the franchise menu). I'm just about out of options, so if anyone has anything to suggest that might help please do let me know.

It's just a game, and just one zoo, but I've grown quite fond of it after investing some 80 hours in an effort to gather all the white/leucistic/albino animals in one place. Replacing regular animals if I start over is one thing, but I spent so much time sourcing and breeding these rare beauties. So again, if anyone knows how I can resolve this, I'd be very happy.

EDIT: So after some excellent advice I deleted the most recent save file and the autosave before it. This allowed me to load one of the earlier saves and allowed me access again! Slight side effect is it relocated around 50 of my animals to the trade centre, so I've got to sort through those at some point, but I'm really happy to be back in!

What are you implying?
There's a great community over on the PZ discord server and reddit where we seek out and trade animals. It's not easy, and took a lot of time which is why it'd really be unfortunate to lose access to my zoo.

I can't load my franchise anymore either, very disheartening ;-;

The same thing happened to me! I worked so hard on my first zoo and now it won’t load. I also put in a support ticket but haven’t heard back yet. Just an endless loading screen. I had a over 100 animals and most of my babies were just about to age up. I started a new zoo and it works well at the moment. The only good thing was all of my trade animals are still there including some babies age 0.0 which is odd because I never put those babies in my trade center. I tried deleting the most recent save but still it won’t load. Hopefully they can fix my zoo. I’m glad yours is working

Too good to be true, played for a few hours, then crashed, and now I'm back to an endless loading screen again!
