No longer penalise Working for a Faction During a War.

With Our faction in sons the only way to gain influence seems to be combat bonds during war. There are large influence drops when we do any other missions within the war system and noway to raise them again while the war is in effect. Iv'e tested all the mission types given myself we are in a low populated area.

Leviathan Shipyard Corps: Sons

Can we Please Have a look at this. Doing missions for a faction Should not have a negative effect since they mission giver is asking for that mission to happen.

depends if their leagal.... OR THAT REP IS A SPY

durig war/civil war missions have no effect as well as any other non-combat actions (exploration data, trade, ...), only combat actions have (bonds, bounties, killing ships).

you are loosing influence not because doing missions, but because other factions gaining influence while you "waste" your time doing missions.

i personally also think that it is a bit unfortunate that the flavour text of missions is misleading as it make it looks like they would influence the outcome of war; they don't.

on the other hand, many player groups are happy that missions (massacre missions, civil war scan data missions etc.) do not contribute, as in many cases a groups faction won't spawn massacre missions for exampel, and they gonna loose their war due to "mission farmers".

the value of bond redeems is the least important factor in influence gains during war, it is the number of shipkills to some extend and mostly the number of bond redeems. instead of redeeming "3 million" in bonds, you'd better care about the number of redeems: "redeemed combat bonds 30 times". you are better off shooting eagles with an all-seekers loadout and return after every kill, than to do a 4 hour CZ session killing a bunch of condas. if you are struggling to win your war, try to redeem more often. rearming of any low-ammo kinetics like frags or railguns is a feature in this case.

good luck!
