Horizons no market or missions

Been away for a while and just started playing again, did some missions the other day but landed at worlidge terminal today but has no market or missions. Something wrong with my system? or Elite Dangerous? or User error? I have horizons.

If enough Unknown Artifacts are delivered to the station, it can shut down some (or all) services.
Some people like to do it for fun, some for "science"

Just move on and choose any other out of 150k stations around the bubble.

Maybe in a Lockdown state - check the galaxy map.
Could be UAs or there's also a bug that does this.

OK, cool, they should have a sign that says market closed instead of the menu item not being there.

Seems to be a bug exit to desktop and restart fixed it.
