I've tried fortified, stronghold, exploited, unclaimed etc etc etc. I'm wandering around trying to complete WEEKLY ASSIGNMENTS that cannot be completed.

No matter where I go I cannot unload Research and Industrial Data

I seem to of found a bug. I had older versions of research and industrial data from previous settlement raids. I sold them at the bartender(1-3 at a time otherwise it bugs out) and then after having an empty inventory of said data, only then I was able to give the new ones to the powerplay contact
