I have no main menu on screen. Is this a bug or is my DK2 now redundant ?
No menu when running DK2 0.8SDK and 2.7 patch

Try recentring the HMD.
I exited ED and then tried the demo for oclulus and that didn't work. After it crashed I tried again and it was fine. So I tried ED again and the menu was visible. The problem I'm having is black sections of the world when looking around. Very odd !
