Powerplay No merits for anarchy systems?

there was a time a long while ago when I did Powerplay and I made use of Anarchy systems of hostile powers. this way I didn't incur a massive bounty but still got merits undermining. it was also immensely quicker than pulling targets one by one from supercruise (just pop into Nav or RES and you get your 750 merits in under 20 min)

Now I have realised coming back again, all Anarchy systems of hostile powers don't give merits...at all.

Anyone have any feedback on this? I want to do things as Legal and quick as possible.

Have you double-checked that you were hunting in a control-system? Most powers try to get rid of anarchys in theire control-systems so maybe that's why you don't find many of them sweet anarchy-controlsystems anymore...

Pretty sure it's now standard that all of the Powers top priority is to not allow a control system to fall into anarchy.

Well, it sort of depends. If we have a control system with stupidly low income, it being an anarchy isn't really a problem. Better that than something valuable.
