Horizons No Mission Board Now!!!!

This game is starting to get very frustrating! I accepted a Boom Data Delivery to Nordenskiold Landing in the Ngaliba system, but when I docked there was no mission board displayed, so I couldn't claim the reward. Am going to do other deliveries then go back.

A thought: Do you have to do the deliveries in the order they are on your transactions page?

AFAIK, stations can be sabotaged to have no mission board with UAs (unknown artifacts). Also check if the destination got updated, it happens sometimes.
