No more Alt-Tab

Hi ladys and gents,

I haven't found anything about this, so I thoght, I'll post a quick question. Is ALT-TAB gone? Or is it just something on my end.

Maybe it's a good design decission anyway to reduce out of game time by making the game up front all the time. Still I miss my alt-tab a bit.
If I want to write my lists on the same screen as the main-game I now need to run it windowed and drag the windows around...

Do you have a keyboard that allows you to disable various keys to prevent you accidentally pushing the key while gaming, perhaps?

Gotta say, I would probably never have taken much interest in ED if alt-tab didn't work.
Sure, I can use a tablet to access things like EDDB/INARA but I can't use it for all the other stuff I use to help play ED.

Using full-screen mode here.
Alt-tab works fine.

In fact, the "full screen window" mode causes problems 'cos I use a USB keypad for a bunch of secondary controls and every time I push a keypad button while in "windowed" mode my PC seems to think I'm doing Windows stuff rather than ED stuff.

Then I have to press Alt-Enter to get back into "proper" ED mode.

My keyboard is able to block the WIN key, but that never interfered with my Alt-Tabbing.

The only new hardware I have is a new mouse. Strange.

Using win10 here. Not even WIN + D brings me to the desktop. If I press WIN I just get the start-block, but nothing else happens

Borderless is what I always used to use. Alt-Tab does not work for me in any of those settings: Fullscreen, Borderless, Windowed. I think the cats messed with my system...

EDIT: After computer restart all is back to normal. I really thought Frontier had changed something, since I wasn't using alt-tab a lot recently. Thanks guys anyway!

I noticed recently that alt-tab does weird things in full-screen mode, so now run in windowed mode. Not sure about borderless, not tried that yet, but my husband saide that worked for him.

I remember now I did try borderless but lost the EDMC showing in-game which is why I stuck with windowed; however, that seems to be cured now so will stick with borderless for now.
