I absolutely love playing elite. Its world is insanely awesome, very detailed, and a blast to explore. Landing on a moon and exploring in a SRV is something else. But, i feel like the hard grind is just too much. I dont want to just grind credits to be able to purchase this certain module. Credit payouts need to be more. please.

By the way you are talking you are brand new to the game. Congrats. See like your first topic. You are Harmless So payout will be low. Best idea is to go on this Forum and look up some ways to earn credit and such. Newcomers Introductions Forum

You will find some things you enjoy doing and some you don't.
There is zero requirement for you to DO anything. No one is making you earn credits for a huge ship... If you do want a large ship then that's a choice you make.
As suggested above, set some goals, decide what you want to achieve and then figure out how to get there doing things you enjoy.
I've never felt a grind at all. I work for what I want and when it's obtained I'm a happy space ship commander. This is an odd game in a sense that you don't have to do anything if you don't want. You can get your free Sidewinder and just sit in a station somewhere doing absolutely nothing, or take that initial credit gift and buy a fuel scoop and fly back and forth between stars fuel scooping at each round. Point is, do as much as you want or as little as you want. There is no set path to follow.
Yes please devs, earning 50+ million in 30mins is just too much of a struggle. Whilst you are at it, can you increase my T9's capacity to 2000 tonnes?
Buy yourself a T6 or any small ship, find an extraction economy in boom state, check surrounding systems are in boom. Run a couple of low level data missions to get allied, start loading up missions hauling precious metals and explosives. Buy bigger ship, make more money, but more stuff... Not complicated.
