I'm just here to say that there are tons of people who just want to trow there money at the screen but can't cause of the few payment options.
Cause paypal and credit card isn't really enouf.
Why no PaySafeCard or an substitude of the same kind.
Look at fore example Eve online,steam and more. all accepting PaySafe.
I'm just sayin' that they are losing popularity and ofcourse money...
They have to change this quick before nobody talks about Elite anymore

I have never ever heard of PaySafe, I am sure it is just my ignorance though. However, I doubt nobody will talk about elite because your prefered way of payment is not included. ;) I think it probably has to do with how much 'PaySafe' skims of each sale, how many people want it and how time consuming/expensive it is to offer that option.

By the way, you have no idea what 'tons of people' want. If you yourself want it, that is good enough to suggest it. You really dont need to pretend to speak for 'tons of people'. For the record, I just moved 8 tons of people to a new station and none of them were speaking of PaySafe.

Or an adult that thinks its a really bad idea to give bank/card details to an online company like ED that has a decent chance of being hacked and having those details sold on a dodgy website.

Then they really need to get a grip and stop being such a Luddite. Anyone could break into your house and steal everything you own, does that mean you'll spend your life living in the woods eating tree bark instead?

Use PayPal - you're covered against fraud. Or use a credit card - you're covered against fraud. Or your debit card, you're... Seeing where I'm going with this.

Ah, thanks for explaining. :) I guess that a payment method used within a relatively limited geographic region probably requires a higher cut to be feasible. With FD being a (relatively) small company I can also see how that makes it a bit difficult. From what I understand people in Germany/Austria can have their bank transfer money to a paypal account. While it is a bit less efficient I guess people there can access the game just fine, right? Any of my friendly neighbours to the east can confirm this?

Paysafe is used a lot in Western Europe (I don't class the UK as Europe). I spent a lot of time in Germany from the 80s onwards and it's quite common for German adults not to have a credit card. DDC you can't assume he (or she) is a child.

No, it means you have a safe in your house, another at your bank and lastly most cash assets in your bank accounts. Personally I am a great fan of throw away pre-paid credit cards, but paysafe is basically the same, just without financing master/visa. And yeah, having at least one credit card with just a small 500€ limit helps too, because not only are you covered against fraud, but more importantly the maximum damage is rather limited.

Well, Play-it-safe, or Pay-it-forward...whatever it is called.

I want to pay for Frontier-things (technical term = stuff in online shop), with Galzarian Throat-Reeds (currently 21.46346 Gal Th-R to the £).

Will Frontier let me? No. Because they don't care about me, and I demand a refund. In pounds.
