No Odyssey for LEP owners?

Yeah same here, I just can't remember what the timing was for those keys when Horizons launched.
I have a ticket open too. Even if they can't generate keys anymore, why don't they enable the DLC for us via the Steam link?
This seems weird. I have Elite through steam and an LEP. It downloaded for me with very little problem. Not saying this isn't happening to others but it isn't happening to all LEP people.
I also have keys for base game and Horizon. But this is reply for my ticket
Nothing new for us LEP owners - after their promise back in 2014 to release a new paid expansion every year for 10 years, we exactly got 2 totally overpriced ones in 7 years for half the money I paid for the LEP (it was about 160 euros back then). So they have our money, we are only a nuissance now. I wish I meant this sarcastic.
Perhaps they just want to prevent us longtime players from also chiming in to the negative reviews on Steam?

Out of interest what type of LEP do you have? Is that the one done during KS or the later one? I'm on the KS one - and suspect there'll be some difference in how they're attributed to the account.
I got the later one, I think one year after release.
Got mine due to premium beta, and for me the frontier client updated automatically,
and when i checked via steam client that had synced with my frontier account and had access to odyssey as well.

Yes, I have access using the launcher downloaded by Steam, but no, I don't have Odyssey officially in Steam, there the store page still keeps on showing "Buy now".
So Steam itself will not keep the Odyssey part up to date and I will have to update seperately via the launcher. This is a tad inconvient if I may say so

Yeah, I really prefer going through Steam for updates personally. I appreciate the increased information and in-built throttling. It's also convenient to have it update even when you're not playing instead of finding out I have to redownload the game after a break.
Am on the premium beta LEP too.
Access is granted via the frontier account not steam entitlement as far as can tell,
so there are probably a lots that need/ want keys for steam to show game ownership on steam,
or if ownership is done via the account / steam link instead may take a bit of time to show.
It may be bugged but I think their priority will be getting game servers stable first as its not stopping you being able to play.
Yeah, that's my guess. Odyssey seems to be there, and I could force-launch the install through hitting enter (greyed out button bug...). Was just hoping there was something I missed to get a straight key instead, but obviously, that's not the case.

Any idea on how to fix the steam version? Last time just copy/pasting the standalone files worked just fine but now it won't even start anymore.
I really wish they would just create a steam LEP product on steam that includes Oddysey for us. There's no need for keys, they can just apply it like a season pass licence including multiple products.

Try the method with starting the launcher directly from the game directory (see answer of support in my last post here for location).
If you see Odyssey in the launcher but can't install it because the button is greyed out, just select the entry for Odyssey in the right list in the launcher and hit enter on your keyboard.
You might have to disable the caching in the launcher options if your download won't go over the "Preparing" step.
Do this for every update/patch/hot fix for Odyssey.
