No one seems to want my fine!

I picked up a 400cr fine, I think it was for blocking a landing pad, but no one wants to take the money. I tried at the station which issued the fine, in the contacts, Local security office. This says no outstanding fines yet it my status in the finance section I have a 400cr Galaxy wide fine.I tried other stations in the system with no joy. How do I pay it, and to who?

Try re-logging, it seems to be a bit of a bug at the moment.

Yup, it did this to me a few hours ago. I closed to the start menu, re-opened and my wanted status had gone, along with the 400cr fine.
