I was delivering a mission to a planetary station I have visited several times before but when I got there and dropped out of supercruise I found my contacts screen blank with a "no Contacts available" message. I had been in several dogfights on the way to the station and the last one took my armour down to 37%. I had managed to jump into the closest system and got my shields on line before jumping back into the destination system again to deliver the mission. On checking my modules I found that both my size 1 rail guns were offline and my sensors as well. I tried switching them all off and on again but they still remain in the red. Now I imagine that because my sensors are offline is the reason I cannot contact the station and it stands to reason that it is pointless trying another orbital etc so is this a bug or how do I finish this mission if I cannot land?

Do a reboot / repair to get your sensors back (ship section on the right panel).
I tried that but it didn't work?.
May have to repeat several times.
