Hello. I recently bought the studio pack DLC and added a hotel into my park. I added scenery and worked on the perks and prices and opened it. As guests were entering the park, no one went to the hotel. I closed the park, and that happened again. I've tried many things, so I'm wondering, how do I get guests into my hotel??
No people going to my hotels.

Actually I'm struggling with the same thing. i'm wondering if it's a bug because I set the hotel to free and every option checked and couldn't get more than 10 rooms filled. I know the devs said bugs would be fixed next week so we shall see.

Ok good, I thought it was just me. However, I can't even get ANY people in my hotel. Sad it isn't working for me, but I hope it will next week!
I'm wondering if its because you haven't selected the rooms to go with the foyer - in short - you have a lot of "unconnected rooms"
You need to go to the park management screen and look at your rooms - if they are all unconnected that is the reason you are not getting any visits.
Drag the mouse over the rooms to connect them to the foyer (you can do this looking straight down at your hotel's roof)

I have the same issue. My hotel has 5 stars, 100% in scenery ranking, I conected standard and superior rooms (yes, they are connected to the lobby and at a price of $1 and $2) and nobody is entering the hotel. My park is quite big with >7000 guests but still it does not work. Guest are just walking by the lobby and completely ignoring it. Also, there are no guest thoughts about the hotel.
Yes it was, people stay in the hotel, but even with 6000 guests in the park I only get one or two rooms filled with 4 stars and it being completely free and every thing at 100 percent.
Same problem here,
I have try several option to find out what's happens
- giving opening and closing time to the park
- lowering the price of the room
- closing and opening the hotel to reset them
- changing how the box are set around the hotel lobby
Noting has work.
The only way so far to have guest in my hotel is to reduce the park to a area around the hotel, if the guest move far away of the hotel for reaching another part of the park, they will never goes to the hotel.
No, all of my rooms are connected. I used one of the blueprint hotels that came with the DLC.
Yes, its open.
I found when I added a Janitor with a roster to the hotel they started going in again.
