No preparation/expansion targets

Am I the only one not seeing any targets under preparation or expansion ?

For me as a combat pilot this would mean getting merits by fortifying / trading .... I would not like that.

Hope it is just a server issue at the moment.

I think you can take preparation materials from a Control system to any system you feel should be prepared; hand them in at your chosen station through the Contacts menu. The top-ten list will only start to fill up once some people do this. If you look on the Galaxy map and select the Expansion filter/tick-box it shows you which systems are good/average/bad expansion candidates.
Expansion targets won't appear until at least the first week of preparation has been completed.

Thanks, just assumed we get a filled list like in beta to start with.
