Last night I turned in 1mil in Federation bounties and got a message from the Feds saying I went from Friendly to Allied. I was hunting in the Deciat Nav Beacon and turned them in at Garay. So the ranks are working for bounties. I think the missions are a slower progression than bounty vouchers.

Sorry, I mistook rank for reputation. I have not seen any Rank progession either. I have been sitting at 72% for a long time.

There was a quite similar thread not so long ago, however it was about empirial rank progression. As I was working on exactly this, I payed extra attention and can confirm that everything works as intended at least with the Empire (progression increases fast for me, as I am currently at a very low rank). I don't think, the federal ranking is any different.
Have you ranked up recently? Rank progression slows down considerably with every new rank and maybe your perceptual rank increase is a victim of rounding?

No I have been stuck at 29% on Post Commander rank for days now and have done a dozen or so missions. Prior to 2.1 I progressed a percentage point or so on most missions, now nothing?
