No response from devs on issue tracker

I previously posted an issue (see below) in the frontier issue tracker. I have heard no response from the devs on it. I tried to sign in with my same account here so as to repost it, but my account would not link to the forum (see second image below). So I created a new account to provide screenshots of my prior post from my original account (the one linked to the issue in issue tracker). In the issue tracker it says that the devs will try and respond within 3 days, but it has now been 2 and a half weeks with no response and my issue is remaining unresolved.

Frontier typically doesn't respond to posts on the Issues Tracker. It's there to post a bug you find in the game. But if you want a response you can do so at Tech Support at https://customersupport.frontier.co.uk/hc/en-us
 
Unfortunately the link you've provided does not work. After following to the first page (see below) I then click login, enter my email and password, and immediately after click to login again I'm taken to a page that says I've been successfully logged out (see second below). I initially encountered that problem which is why I went to the issue tracker and then this forum. At this point I am still unable to contact frontier to get an answer to my issue.

Works fine for me.
Maybe a browser issue ? Cookie settings etc ?
They do say that they have heavy traffic, so maybe you are trying when they are at the heaviest traffic and it is timing out when trying to connect.

On Google Chrome it works fine for me.
On Edge it fails to log in or is taking so long it seems to fail for me. I only use Edge for my online shopping delivery so it's not something I would notice as having problems elsewhere.
 
Put in a ticket 3 weeks ago. Multiple people also commented with the same issue. Still "confirming". Can't contact support other than ticket system. They do not reach out.
 
As Heather said - they won't respond on the issue tracker as it is not for personal issues like yours. You need to contact then via Support as stated.
