Proposal Discussion No Scotland Flag paintjob?

I would very much like to see a Scotland flag paintjob in the store, the only flag there is the union jack which is a horrible flag, while your at it why not release pain jobs for the Irish,Welsh and English flags, we don't all consider ourselves British you know, who agrees?

Lets not bring the Indyref debate in to the game :rolleyes: I've come to London for a few days to try escape it and I still can't :D

No flags in store after the 14th so you're both correct.

I'd have gone for a Welsh one - dragon on a Viper - well tidy!

You brought it up, wasn't even on my mind. i'd just much prefer to by flying the flag for Scotland than GB

You're right. We come here for a bit of escapism...

So what do you think about New Caledonia wanting to break free from the Empire? They say they'll let us keep the currency, the Credit, but then Empire, Federation, and even Alliance all use the Credit as the standard unit of currency.

I'm not nationalistic (is that even a word?:D) at all but I bought the Swedish flag to support the game.
At the same time I knew there would be requests for all kinds of flags.
Don't get me wrong; I understand everything the OP says and the history behind it.
It was not a very good idea to begin with if you ask me....

*Bites tongue so hard it should be bleeding*

I don't know why you would find it so horrible considering it is about 50% Scottish flag anyway (Welsh people would have good reason to get the hump). The Union Flag is iconic, represents the state we all live in right now and personally I love it. I don't particularly want an England flag but horses for courses I suppose. It is pretty obvious what you are getting at so don't pretend like other people are.... (*Bites tongue harder*, sorry).

Anyway, the flags are limited addition and sadly (from my point of view anyway) the Union Flag might well become a very rare in game item if they ever decide to do flags again (which is part of the reason I bought one).

A discussion about national flags is always, by definition, political.

FDEV brought this over themselves: one cannot introduce political symbols into something and then hope that nobody discusses politics.
