I have had to start game in ED vanilla and recover to orbit 3 times this morning. Upon boarding ship I receive a network error and am booted to menu. When back in SRV, no ship to recall.
Support informed me that it is a bug. I submitted a bug report.
If you are continually receiving this error when SRV is boarding. Strip down you current ship and then sale it and turn around and buy it back. This will clear the error but at the cost of the buy back percentage.
