no space stations

im not seeing ant space stations, so at the moment unable to trade or do anything constructive, i have found threads that said this was a bug but has been fixed?????
is there anyway round this bug so i can see a spce station and start trading?
any help appreciated

Hello there

Are you travelling to them? To check go to the left menu, then scroll up and down until you see a little icon of a station. They have names like Chango Dock, Freeport, Azeban City, and Beagle 2 Landing. Select that, to see them you need a distance of about 20km (this is where supercruise will often dump you).

Make sure you exit supercruise. You can't see them in supercruise.

Assuming you are at them, use the little compass to the top right of the scanner. The big yellow blob means it's ahead of you, thin one behind. Get that in the crosshair and you should be staring at it.

Maybe it's that thing where you have to disable the AMD fix?

im navigating to where they should be ok, when i get to where they should be there its just a red circle the the stations name showing what i presume is its orbit.
i have tried turning the AMD fix on/off that turns planets on and off.
i have reinstalled the game several times but each time the game play is exactly the same.

I think you don't exit from supercruise. To do that, you have to have speed of 200km/s, and you have to press C once when message appears and you are 200 km near your destiny.

yeah had that same problem myself at the start couldn't see the star and was trying to jump away from it took a few minutes to realise

Cannot land

Hello, I´m having a related problem. I installed Beta 1 today right after the launching...

I tried to get into different space stations. The last one I arrived was "Beagle 2 Landing". In all of them, after arriving, there was no option to land. I tried to contact the station, to lock, unlock, leave the system and enter again, but no success. I even tried to land, but I received a fine for not having asked permission to land.

Any hints?

After some time, my fuel has finished and my ship has exploded. Missed around 1000 credits in stuff I bought to trade...

Hello all. I have just discovered what I was doing (or not doing)... The options to dock in a station are in a different tab. I was using the navigation panel...
