no start gtx960

Run dxdiag.exe - what does it report your Display Memory as (under the display tab). If it's under 4000Mb, the game will not run as you are under the minimum specifications.

You don't need to "put the file". Look at the value on the display tab.

If you mean how to run dxdiag.exe, just search for it using the normal search/start windows start button

Well, you haven't answered the question - what is your Display Memory (VRAM) value? (which you'll find on the Display tab of dxdiag.exe)

Not all GTX 960s have 4Gb so not all will be able to run the game.

Hi @MSGamerX!

It could be that you don't have enough Display Memory in order to run the game. If you follow the steps Slopey described you should be able to find out if your graphics card can run the game.

another again I have gtx960 is a minimum requirement and does not run

You aren't answering the question. When you type dxdiag into the search function (Windows OS) it is going to show you a slew of information, they need to know if the Display Memory information listed on the Display tab where it says Display Memory (VRAM) is in order to tell if your GTX 960 meets the requirements to run the game. Different graphics cards of the same model (GTX 960 in this case) have different configurations you can buy. You'll need that VRAM variable to display at least 4096 (4 GBs) if your card is strong enough to run the game.

Here is a list of steps:

1) Type in
dxdiag into Windows search bar, press enter
2) DirectX Diagnostic Tool will open, click the
Display Tab, it opens to the System tab by default
3) On the Display Tab search for an item listed as
Display Memory (VRAM)
4) This VRAM variable has to be at least 4096 (4GB) in order to run Jurassic World Evolution 2

Hi, this was very helpful! Sadly I also cannot run the game, and at least I know why. Dxdiag says my VRAM is only 128 MB.
I had zero playing the first JWE, and i thought my computer is pretty decent. How do you think it is possible that I only have 128 VRAM? Is there any way to change it by myself?
I own a Huawei Macbook Pro, Intel i7-8550U CPU @1.80Ghz, 16 GM RAM, Directx 12, NVIDIA GeForce MX150, Display Memory (Render): 1983 MB, Dispay Memory (Display): 128 MB.
Thanks for all your help!

If it is not important, do not put the minimum gtx960 I have and it does not run xd

So do you have a GTX 960 (4 GBs) then? Both Steam and the Epic Store explicitly mention the minimum requirements require 4 GBs of VRAM with recommended being 6 GBs of VRAM.

Keep in mind that mobile processors and GPUs can be significantly slower than their desktop counterparts, so its not a 1 to 1 comparison. I would also say that your VRAM is the 1983 MBs not the 128 MBs, meaning you have about 2 GB of VRAM so unfortunately your laptop's GPU doesn't have enough VRAM to run Jurassic World Evolution 2.

for everyone they said no se 4 gtb of vram or new graph is not necessary now I go game and I have 2 vram. there is not always to comply with the minimum with less you can play always was just to tell me was to wait and ready

Theoretically it is possible it will still run on hardware weaker than the minimum requirements, but you are really gambling on that one. The minimum specs are not a hard cap on what is able to play the game, but they are the lowest specs Frontier guarantees the game to run at presumably with acceptable performance. If the game manages to run below minimum specs, you are kind of on your own if it doesn't perform up to par.

I no longer say it for you and others were pinion that no and this and the other until the support and I knew I was going to be able to help or encourage it was the opposite, so now I can play I am very encouraged and motivated. But what does it matter to know sometimes the minimum if it is irrelevant on several occasions you can have a toaster pc and play great games and the last ones, and this I know because I had it and it cost me not like many who say you can not or need x so no you can go, especially those who say this.
