No Station announcer voices

I notice there are zero station announcer voices, besides ATC. Is it possible I turned them off somehow, is there a way to do that?

This happened to me when 2.4 dropped, then fixed itself after the 1st patch.
if it's back now.....

All my stations work except Engineer stations. Those dont say anything till I ring the doorbell and they tell me which to land on.

Before they would at least greet me once I entered the threshold.

None are working for me now. Very odd

No Engineer greetings for me as well.

Will check tonight when I get home but I do recall the engineer station I visited last night didn't talk to me at all except to tell me where to put my ship. I didn't take it personally.

Confirmed, the voices are barely audible, again.
