no steam keys?

i'm trying to get a steam key for my account. as instructed in the suppport page (https://support.frontier.co.uk/kb/faq.php?id=200 ) i go here:

however the button "Sign in through Steam" does not work (404). has this been discontinued? anyone knows another way to get ed into steam?

i didn't find any faq giving any hint as to why the support tool is not working (anymore).

thanks, interesting, but unrelated. i do not want to 'login with steam', i want ed in my steam library.
