No Steam Workshop

Just read on the Steam Forums that there won't be a Steam Workshop and that Frontier is gonna make the same mistake as Cities Skylines 2.

PC gamers need Steam Workshop. I know you guys want to make it cross platform, but dont be stubborn.

Don't try to reinvent the wheel or think you can do where others have failed.

I know there is probably some suit upstairs that came up with this because he has been running some numbers, but don't be dumb.

Give us, the players Steam Workshop for Planet Coaster 2 because it is what we and this game need.

Do NOT, and i repeat do not, take the thing out that made the first game so pleasant and think people are gonna like it when you do.

Just add Steam workshop. And fix the tags this time.

The ad copy looks great, but ads are supposed to. I'm seeing more info that makes me reluctant to buy. Hoping for better as we get closer.

Isn't it because they already have a frontier workshop for console of planet coaster 1 and zoo? Which they would also need to use most likely for Epic Games support for PC too which has been confirmed, so honestly it makes sense even just for dev work. To have to integrate with the steam workshop is more work for one platform, when you could just integrate them all in the same. It means that all other platforms have an advantage over just Steam too of the cross platform. So would shatter PC gamers across Epic and Steam not being able to share.. I honestly wouldn't be happy if my friend used Epic and i couldn't share blueprints. So I think it's their only option to be honest.

Planco2 would be split between workshops even on PC. I have zero issue with them using their own system cross platform personally. Allows people to share between any platform (yay) and they already use it for console. It makes a lot of sense.

Steam workshop has been good for planco 1 but i can see massively how it will expand if given the opportunity under their own book.

It would be amazing if us PC gamers could upload to Steam and the Frontier Workshop. Especially if you could port your Planco 1 blueprints over to the Planco 2 servers so we can use them. That would make me a happy boy.
