I bought Elite Dangerous through Oculus for $59.00 and now I can't play it. Where the hell do you find the CD key for this damn game so I can register it ?

I looked for that info and what I did find didn't work
log into your account at the FD store look for the sub menu to redeem oculus key its there somewhere I believe.

Get a refund and buy it from the Frontier store, Steam, Humble or wherever is cheapest. It'll still run in VR.
Also, Frontier, the default installation of Elite Dangerous via the oculus store doesn't work, it fails to setup the launcher correctly and until you manually install the launcher separately it will not work.
As instructed open a ticket they will grant you access to the game don't worry! FDEV support is great with such issues!
