No swimming zones marked by swimming lane dividers or something similar

I think it would be nice to be able to mark certain sections of a pool as "no swimming" for slides to land in and still be connected to a larger pool. A water park near me has a few body slides that land in a rather large pool but it has lane dividers to mark off the area of the pool that is exclusively for the slides to splash down in. People splash down in that area, swim out but can't swim back in. I know one way people do this kind of thing is by closing the splash pool but I think it would be cool to have the ability to only have a portion of the pool marked off with some kind of floating barrier or something like the above mentioned swimming lane dividers. This way guests can splash down into the pool and swim out into the rest of the pool without having to get out of a pool just to get back into another one.
