Cheers to all

With everyone and their cockpit cat jumping around the bubble trying to find CMM Composites, no surprise it is a bit busy...

I finally got a slot a few minutes ago, with just under an hour to jump time.

Hmmm... wonder what the steam charts are showing activity to be?

i haven't been able to move my carrier for days. this is absolutely ridiculous, please sort it out Fdev. i know it's cliche, and i've never said it, but it makes the game literally unplayable.

You can find a time slot easier if you just select the system on the galaxy map and not a place IN the system for some reason. But then you have to travel in system every time (which is not too bad though if you have a SCO drive). Personally i took a weeks brake from building to see if things get better.

I'm currently stuck in Colonia with no way of returning to the bubble.

What's the point of this update if you can't get involved?

I'm slowly making my way back to the bubble, but FD could ensure long-distance travel is given priority, which is what the fleet carrier was designed for. Then the next ship needs to be a bigger hauler!

Priority to high-occupancy FCs. I believe what could be done ED relatively quick is to give priority to FCs with N+ Commanders docked (not ships, but Commanders!). This way Squadrons, Expeditions and real Bubble-Coloina-Bubble "weekly train" FCs will be traveling even faster than before.

IMHO, situation is very similar to traffic jams on highway(s) in RL. And solving it by widening highway is not very common in RL. It is rather done by encouraging people using public transport and by grouping more people in one car to decrease the load on highways. Many years ago in Massachusetts I was amazed how huge vehicle moves concrete blocks to take one line from opposite direction and add car-pull (high-occupancy) line to jammed direction. Only cars with 2(?)+ people was allowed on that line.
