No time slots

When trying to jump to a system that I have visited before in my carrier I get the message "cannot plot no time slots"
Anyone else get this

Some parts of the Galaxy map are good. Others I dislike not quite the word that I meant but there could be children reading

yeah carrier jumps are temporarily disabled
